Ron Mattingly, Vice President of Lightyear Wireless
Joined UniDial (now Lightyear) in 1999 and became a department manager supporting over 30 network marketing companies that had long-distance programs with the company. UniDial became a Supplier Member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) in 1997 and developed a great understanding of the industry. Mattingly traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah, Idaho Falls, Idaho, Ada, Okla., Winnipeg Canada, Houston, Orlando, Fla., and all across the nation supporting the company's network marketing clients. That was his introduction to network marketing. In 2003, Lightyear decided to start its own network marketing company and it was a natural fit for Mattingly to help create that division, so he has now spent 11 years in this industry.

Randy AmmonPresident and Chief Operating Officer
Joined the Lightyear team in 2010 initially as executive vice president and was promoted to chief operating officer May 2010. In April 2011, he added the title of president of Lightyear. Ammon has more than 20 years of telecom industry experience and has held senior-level positions with Nextel Partners, AT&T and Telecom*USA.
Sean LloydVice President of Sales for Lightyear Network Solutions
Has over 18 years of sales experience in the telecom industry, working in various leadership and sales management roles at carriers including Cingular, Nextel Communications and Cricket Communications. Prior to joining Lightyear, Lloyd had served as district director for Cricket Communications in Louisville, Ky., since 2006.
